Thank you for shopping at CosmoPets Wear.

All products are made to order and fulfilled in collaboration with our production partner, Printful.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipping method.

Please note that during holidays, high-demand periods or unexpected production delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment are:

USA: 5–10 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, local delivery conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Free worldwide shipping is included in all orders.

The price shown at checkout includes shipping, unless stated otherwise.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, VAT or other taxes may apply depending on your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

CosmoPets Wear is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes or fees charged by local authorities.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email, if tracking is available.

If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days after your order was placed, please contact us at:

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please include your order number and clear photos if the package or product arrived damaged.

We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the issue. If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or another suitable solution.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
