Return & Refund Policy
All CosmoPets Wear products are made to order in collaboration with our production partner, Printful.
Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Please make sure you choose the correct size, color and design before completing your purchase.
Returns & Claims
We accept returns, replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item, such as the wrong size, color or design, due to a production or fulfillment error
To request a return, replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the problem
Our support team, together with our production partner, will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
Because all products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color or design
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- Personal preferences
Product Details Disclaimer
Please note that slight differences in color, print brightness, print placement or overall product appearance may occur due to production processes, garment color, screen settings or lighting.
Prints may appear slightly brighter or different on black or dark-colored garments compared to digital mockups.
These minor variations are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed and are already in production.
Return Shipping
If a return, replacement or refund is approved due to a defect, damage or fulfillment error, we will cover the cost of the replacement or provide further instructions.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Address
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your claim is approved.
